What does NexlifyGym cost?

Fair and per location, no lock-in contracts - typically 30 to 50 percent below the market's full packages. The first studios start on founding terms, talk to us. The trial is completely free, no credit card.

Does it work with my Gantner hardware?

Yes. NexlifyGym speaks the GT7 protocol natively: door terminals, time devices for solarium and massage, vending machines. Enter the connection key on the device, done - usually in under an hour.

How do I get out of my old software?

With the CSV import: members, numbers, cards and contracts come along in one pass. Member numbers stay, cards keep working - migration is an afternoon, not a project.

Where does my members' data live?

In the EU (Frankfurt), with daily backups. Encryption, tenant isolation and a data processing agreement included - built for the GDPR, not retrofitted.

What happens after the 14 days?

Access locks, your data is kept, nothing is charged. If you want to continue, we activate your account - if not, that is that.

Do my members need an app?

No. The member portal runs in the browser and the QR member card works on any smartphone - no install, no app store.
